Consarn newfangled TV

This is one of those moments that has me burying my head in my hands and asking, "Where did I go wrong??" On Sunday I wrote a rave about C-SPAN's "The Capitol," its engaging nine-hour tour of the building where our legislative branch convenes. The program reairs over three nights beginning 8 p.m. ET Thursday on C-SPAN.

On Monday I came into my office, checked my E- and V-mail, and had a half dozen of these.

I'd understand if they had trouble finding Noggin ... but C-SPAN?
