Fascinating news: Television Without Pity is recapping all 88 episodes of "Farscape," a show that was cancelled by Sci-Fi years ago. "It's fairly unprecedented for TWoP to recap long-cancelled shows," writes Barb Schober, "but the Scape love dies hard."

Farscape was a classic and will become an even greater one with the [passage of time. It may even....rival Star Trek (at least the later versions).

How can you NOT recap a show that features "muppets" committing all forms of bodily functions, including sex, and still manages to maintain its dramatic air. Love it or hate it (I love it) there's nothing else quite like it before or since.

I love that show. First class stuff. The new Battlestar Galactica is also excellent.

I agree with the above poster - I think Farscape will grow to rival Star Trek.
I recently started watching Farscape in syndication. What an intelligent, entertaining show it is! There is a dearth of that quality on TV and Farscape is a breath of fresh air.
I am a big fan of Television Without Pity as well. I can't wait to read the recaps - the insightful, intelligent Farscape is a perfect fit for the insightful, intelligent TWoP recappers.

I am a big Farscape fan and the TWoP recaps are frelling brilliant.
I hope this show does grow to rival Star Trek - intelligent, entertaining, funny and uncompromising TV is hard to find.
Keeping my fingers crossed for a movie (a trilogy of movies!).
