« TV Barn's TV Picks for July 15-16 | Main | Is Showtime in trouble? »

July 15, 2006

It's happened: A cable channel has decided to measure its ratings minute by minute.

Of course, minute ratings are nothing new: You may recall an ABC executive saying their decision to kill off "The Dana Carvey Show" was based on what happened in the minute after a new sketch began. (Like, you needed ratings to tell you that people switch away between bits?)
