Occasional reader Ed Reichert writes:
If I recall, when Kimberly Dozier of CBS and Woodward of ABC (I forget his first name) were seriously wounded, you rightly took time on your blog to rip into the fact reporters are getting hurt and killed in the Middle East.
Well, Steve Centanni and his cameraman of Fox News were recently kidnapped in Gaza. As of yet, I have seen scant mention of it on your blog. In fact, while visiting sites you have praised in the past, such as Kos, Democratic Underground and the Huffington Post, I have found the left cheering on the kidnappers and hoping for a rough end to Centanni. They make any cracks made towards the NY Times by the right seem like nursery rhymes.
Given the comments from the above mentioned sites, who have coopted the Democratic party, why no mention of a fellow reporter in dire straits? Is it because of his employer?
I say Ed is an occasional reader because how else can you explain him completely missing my coverage of the Fox-at-TCA contretemps? If he'd read that first, he wouldn't have asked such a clueless question.
Anyway, here's a link to the Centanni video released overnight.
Unlike seemingly most of the world, I distinguish between Fox News, which is great, and Fox Spin, which is unwatchable.

Ah yes, the "liberal media conspiracy" crowd has a new hobbyhorse. CJRDaily has noted the rise of this particular complaint.

Geez. If only the MSM were half as organized as these guys, I'd have my July expenses in by now.

And I don't recall you linking to Kos or DU--ever. HuffPo, maybe, perhaps for a Harry Shearer piece.
Of course, it would be nice if Mr. Reichert kindly gave us some links to these pinko attacks, but I guess he wants us to use Technorati instead.
