Bye-bye, "Queer Eye"

When "Queer Eye for the Straight Guy" premiered in 2003, it didn't come out of the closet so much as come out of nowhere. Its five lifestyle gurus become overnight pop stars by tapping into a universal longing by women everywhere: to tidy up their men. Along the way "Queer Eye" made over not only scores of schlubby Joes, but the Bravo channel and attitudes toward gay men as well.  On Friday, I talked to "Queer Eye" executive producers Dave Metzler and Michael Williams just after Bravo announced the show's upcoming season would be its last.
