A really fascinating PBS series — and lord knows I wish I could say that more often — begins tonight: "The Supreme Court," which is not only an absorbing history of the highest court in the land, but an unprecedented look inside the new Roberts Court. My review, and three questions for legal expert Jeffrey Rosen, who advised the series, in today's podcast.
