"Black Sun"

Tonight, Cinemax is airing "Black Sun," a documentary by first-time filmmaker Gary Tarn about the French filmmaker and painter Hugues de Montalembert, who was rendered totally blind following an attack in New York City in 1978 and went on to tour the world and write a best-selling memoir. I spoke with the filmmaker and his subject last week.
