For PBS programs, check local listings

7 p.m.
A newborn baby is found in a dumpster on "Lincoln Heights" (ABC Family). What, Dakota Fanning missed an opportunity to show off her range?

8 p.m.
UNNECESSARY GUEST WHA' CHU' TALK'N BOUT PATROL
"Everybody Hates Chris" (CW): Orlando Jones, Todd Bridges. Plot: A substitute teacher grades on the curve.

"Wife Swap" (ABC) returns to the era of Tipper Gore vs. Dee Snider ... but not in such a positive manner.

Picking up a penny is bad luck on "How I Met Your Mother" (CBS) -- just ask Cindy Williams.  RANDOM BIT PLAYER WHOSE CHARACTER NAME WE LIKED: Connie Sawyer as "Old Lady."

Tempers flare between the trainers and Flicka's ingenue like "Wildfire" (ABC Family).

THESE GUEST STARS WILL SELF-DESTRUCT FASTER THAN ANNA NICOLE SMITH
"24: Day 6" (Fox; two hours): Chad Lowe, Powers Boothe. Plot: Hey, whatever happened to Jack's mother?

Tonight on "Deal or No Deal" (NBC), case #12 contains your ticket to Hollywood, a life of indentured servitude, and being called "Dogg" by Randy Jackson.

"Westminster Kennel Club Dog Show" (USA) will have to do until Bravo launches "Top Dog" or "Project Weimaraner."

Were a pair of vases really designed by Picasso, or are they just broken? "Antiques Roadshow" (PBS) puts the pieces together.

"Emeril Live" (Food): "Romance Is in the Air, or Is That Asparagus?"
"Fashion Police: The 2007 Grammy Awards" (E!)
"Gay, Straight or Taken?" (Lifetime; also 8:30)
"Beach Patrol" (Court; also 8:30): "Shell, Crab, or Plankton?"

8:30 p.m.
"The Class" (CBS) gets its tongue stuck on a frozen flagpole.

"All of Us" (CW) are thrilled that Bobby has been put in a gifted class at school, until we find out he cheated on the test.

9 p.m.
"American Experience" (PBS) sifts through the history of New Orleans.

WHO IS THE GUEST STAR? WHAT? I THOUGHT HE WAS ON SECOND BASE!
"Heroes" (NBC): Christopher Eccleston. Plots: Sword quest continues, Matt "will always love" his new job, Claire's two dads worry, and the newest member of the list is revealed; unfortunately it's someone who's not in Suresh's calling circle.

An arsonist stalks an arson investigator in "Nora Roberts' Blue Smoke" (Lifetime).

UNNECESSARY HEY DAD CAN I BORROW THE COSTAR GUEST PATROL
"Two and a Half Men" (CBS): Allison Janney. Plot: Alan winds up with an online date from disHarmony.com, while Charlie has problems accepting "Sorry" from a floundering yellowtail.

The newest of Maya's "Girlfriends" (CW) may be the victim of domestic abuse. Considering her name is Luka and her apartment is on the second floor, I'd say there's a pretty good chance.

UNNECESSARY WOMAN HE LOVES PATROL
Joely Richardson maintains her American accent for "Wallis & Edward" (BBC America).

"Supernanny" (ABC)
"Digging for the Truth" (History): "New Maya Revelations"
"Combat Zone" (Military)
"E-Vet Interns" (Animal Planet)
"Georgi and the Butterflies" (Sundance)
"Futureweapons" (Discovery): "Front Line"
"I Love New York" (VH1): "Who's Got Game"
"My Super Sweet 16" (MTV)
"This Is TNA" (Spike)

9:30 p.m.
The Pro Bowl vexes the players of "The Game" (CW). Is it time for retirement or just a trial separation?

"Rules of Engagement" (CBS) #28: Your gift must cost at least $0.01 more than your girlfriend's gift. Although more frequently they expect it to be an augmentation of $100.01.

10 p.m.
A team member in a red shirt who's beamed down to the planet dies on "CSI: Miami" (CBS).

CONTRACTUALLY OBLIGATED PRESS RELEASE DESCRIPTION GUEST STAR PATROL
"What About Brian" (ABC): "Stacy Keibler ('Dancing With the Stars') as the Irresistibly Hot Stephanie." Plot: How cold does Brian's shower need to be now that he's surrounded by Irresistibly Hot women?

Do you remember when we fell in love? We were young and innocent then. Do you remember how it all began? It just seemed like heaven, so why did it end for Matt and Harriet on "Studio 60 on the Sunset Strip" (NBC)?

Lean why the Bronx is up and the "Bowery Dish" (Sundance) is melancholy.

"REAL Sports With Bryant Gumbel" (HBO)
"The White Rapper Show" (VH1)
"The Hills" (MTV)
"Suburban Secrets" (Court)
"High Maintenance 90210" (E!)
"My Unique Family" (TLC): "Fused Together"
"First Comes Love" (Logo; season premiere)
"Weaponology" (Military)
"Extreme Celebrity Surgery" (WE)
"Stunt Junkies: Go Big or Go Home" (Discovery; also 10:30)

MCSOAPY
Jack Wagner said you were "All I Need"; Rick Springfield advised "Don't Talk to Strangers"; John Stamos played steel drums on the Beach Boys' "Kokomo"; Ricky Martin noticed that "She Bangs"; but it was Gloria Loring of "Days of Our Lives" who emoted over C) "Friends & Lovers."
