7 p.m.
"Camp Lazlo" (Cartoon)
"War Wounds: Home and Still Fighting" (TLC)

8 p.m.
A not-so-old (well, okay, age of consent) flame from rehab visits Johnny among the "Hidden Palms" (CW). But that's nothing compared to the explosive secret that awaits in his e-mail.

INEVITABLE GUEST STAR PATROL
"Footballers Wives" (BBC America; season premiere, 90 minutes): Joan Collins. Plot: Various wives variously seek revenge, divorce and remarriage.

Turner Classic Movies presents "Screened Out: Gay Images in Film Night 2" - "Gays Before the Code," a look at the "debauchery" that was put back under wraps by the 1934 Motion Picture Production Code. Charles Laughton fiddles while Rome burns in Cecil B. DeMille's "The Sign of the Cross" (1932), with a lesbian seduction dance from Joyzelle (8 p.m.); gay director George Cukor films gay author Somerset Maugham's "Our Betters" (1933) with Tyrell Davis as a light-loafered dance instructor (10:15); Ann Harding and William Powell marry in "Double Harness" (1933, 11:45) because "it's the decent thing to do"; Greta Garbo seduces Elizabeth Young as "Queen Christina" (1933) -- a film which was sanitized to scrub away the fictional heterosexual dalliances its screenwriters had come up with (1 a.m.); men are dancing cheek to cheek at the "Wonder Bar" (1934, 2:45); and "Boy meets boy; boy loses boy; boy gets boy" as William Gargan and Joel McCrea march in "The Sport Parade" (1932, 4:15).

The begathon continues as "Great Performances" intermittently proclaims, "We Love Ella! A Tribute to the First Lady of Song" (PBS).

The kids of "One Tree Hill" (CW) prepare for non-team sports, lives as mothers and ... murder?

"American Inventor 2: LA & SF" (ABC)
"Conspiracy Test" (Discovery Times): "The RFK Assassination"
"Saints & Sinners" (MyNetworkTV)

Tyler and Jay head to Yale to avoid going to jail in their search for the mysterious Will "Traveler" (ABC).

YOU'RE A SUPERSTAR, YES, THAT'S WHAT YOU ARE
Harold, Stephen, Tiffani and Dave Martin return to face off against Ilan, Sam, Elia and Marcel in a $20,000 charity cook-off on a "Top Chef: 4 Star All Stars" (Bravo) special.
