How fans (with DVRs) saved "Jericho"

In the second part of my conversation with David Poltrack, the CBS research guru explained how research — and a few thousands pounds of nuts — changed the network's mind on "Jericho." Then I read to him from a very influential article Michael Lewis wrote a few years ago, which predicted that DVRs would destroy commercial TV as we knew it, and got Poltrack's response.
