WDAF, Fox 4, walked home with seven nine regional Emmys at the ceremonies in St. Louis Oct. 20, but NBC Action News, KMBC-9 and other local stations also one-upped their cross-state rivals, winning important categories all night long. I read about this a week earlier on bottom line. Did you overlook John Holt's major honor? What about Larry Moore? Cynthia Smith?

Bottom Line was the quicker picker upper, though I did post this three days ago. I guess I don't see how 25 years in broadcasting merits an Emmy Award, which is what that 'Silver Circle' for Larry Moore and Cynthia Smith was all about. I mean, I'm halfway to an Emmy at that rate. I thought Walt's 50 years in broadcasting, consecutively served, most of it as the star of the show, was a much bigger deal.
As for John Holt, he's in there. I know it's strenuous to read to the end of a bullet point, but humor me.
