Janet Jackson is one of the greatest female Pop music luminaries to EVER grace a stage. Following the 2004 Super Bowl fiasco, she was unjustly besmirched, while Justin Timberlake was allowed to move forward with his career.
The U.S. Supreme Court's decision to overturn the fines/ruling is a well-deserved for both Janet Jackson and the broadcasting industry in general.
