Amazon offers TEN different DTV converter boxes

Amazondtv_2This is good news: Amazon.com makes it easy for you to redeem that $40 converter box coupon you got from the government. As a newly certified DTV vendor, Amazon has put a whopping 10 coupon-eligible DTV converter boxes on its site, though not all are in stock right now. I haven't heard much about any of these, except that expensive ain't necessarily better. Actually, the model I bought, a Digital Stream, isn't in this list. Or maybe it is, just under a different brand name.

Amazon's got the form online (click the pic to see my screengrab) that allows you to type in your coupon number and redeem your $40 rebate electronically. But you better hurry: apparently the government's budget for converter coupons is running out.
