Amazon offers TEN different DTV converter boxes
This is good news: Amazon.com makes it easy for you to redeem that $40 converter box coupon you got from the government. As a newly certified DTV vendor, Amazon has put a whopping 10 coupon-eligible DTV converter boxes on its site, though not all are in stock right now. I haven't heard much about any of these, except that expensive ain't necessarily better. Actually, the model I bought, a Digital Stream, isn't in this list. Or maybe it is, just under a different brand name.
Amazon's got the form online (click the pic to see my screengrab) that allows you to type in your coupon number and redeem your $40 rebate electronically. But you better hurry: apparently the government's budget for converter coupons is running out.

Well please be sure not to lose your coupons or the government won't give you new ones. Their appeal process works just like many other government programs - NOT.
