"Watch the Pilots" - last call

I have heard from a few TV Barn readers who said that they had filled out the form last month to attend "Watch the Pilots with Aaron" tomorrow night in North Kansas City -- and had not heard back from the Star's promotions department confirming their attendance.

If this describes your situation, please contact me immediamente! I want to make sure you get first priority for the remaining seats at the Screenland Armour. We have a list with all of the emails of those who signed up in August to attend the event, so we'll just check your name against that list and in you go (plus a guest if you like).

Second order of business: I have four passes to give away to those people who did NOT sign up in August. Send me email.

I went to you Previews with Aaron last night and I have to say it was HORRIBLE!!! First off you were 45 minutes late. Which I understand there were circumstances that held you up. However I think it was a little irresponsible to wait til the day of to do what you needed to do for your presentation. Not only were you late, when you entered the theatre, you took the mic and went to the back of the theatre to set up your equipment while addressing the audience. We all had to turn our heads to see you and it was rediculous! about 10 minutes into your mumbeling you appologized for being late. You were talking too fast and mumbling into the mic you were hard to understand and obviously very unprepared. Every other word out of your mouth was uh. You should consider taking a public speaking class if you decide to do this again after last nights disaster. After your equipment was set up you had a malfunction with the audio. Then your programming was wrong. Not to mention the high pitched buzz that was blasting from the speakers. You showed an unauthorized copy of Boston Legal which in my opinon was unprofessional and not to mention it cut to your email about half way through. You also mentioned that the new 90210 was on "last night" which would have been wednesday when in fact it had aired tuesday. Half way through the screening you stopped for commentary and turned the lights on only to make the buzzing sound twice as loud. You were answering questions that anyone could have found on the internet if they had looked. Wasting everyone's time with your stories that you were telling because you were not prepared. Finally we left before the viewing was over because of the piercing buzzing sound coming from the speakers we couldn't take it anymore. Consider cleaning up your act if you ever attempt doing this again. What a disaster!
