Conrad Black, the onetime press baron who swindled millions from the Chicago Sun-Times, is sitting in the pokey in Florida. Now he wants his ex-employer to pay for his legal bills related to a clemency plea from President Bush. If Black kept up on the news, he'd know W has issued fewer pardons than any modern POTUS.
