Yule have trouble staying awake through this

Now here's a clever idea....in the tradition of the WPIX (now WGN) Yule Log, the PBS cable service Sprout is offering a "Snooze-a-Thon" featuring characters from "The Good Night Show," saying good night and then ... snoozing. According to the PR, Sprout has heard that parents have a hard time getting the kiddos to bed on Christmas Eve (thanks, Walmart!). "We help parents wind down their kids every night with 'The Good Night Show,' but wanted to do something unique and fun for this special evening," said VP/programming Andrew Beecham.

The telecast starts at 5 p.m. CT Wednesday, Dec. 24, and continues for 11 hours. So expect a knock on your door at 4 a.m.
