Just two months until Opening Day....

...and FSN has two specials airing beginning this week that were filmed at the recent Royals Fanfest. Look ahead to a new season in a new ballpark and dream that crazy dream of finishing third in our division.

FOX SPORTS KANSAS CITY TO AIR ROYALS FANFEST TV SPECIALS

Fox Sports Kansas City will look ahead to the 2009 baseball season and relive the Royals Fanfest, Awards Night and Caravan in two 30-minute specials airing throughout January and February.

The shows will recap the Royals offseason events and update fans on renovations at Kauffman Stadium. In addition, Fox Sports Kansas City will preview the 2009 season via interviews with Royals players, including the team’s offseason additions.

Fox Sports Kansas City’s Joel Goldberg hosts the shows, with contributions from FSKC announcers Ryan Lefebvre and Frank White.

Fox Sports Kansas City is entering its second season as the exclusive television home of Royals baseball and will televise 140 regular season games and two spring training contests in 2009 plus the Royals Live pregame and postgame shows.
