KMBC and KCWE Return to Sunflower Broadband
KMBC/KCWE, and their parent company Hearst-Argyle Television, have reached a retransmission consent agreement with Sunflower Broadband for Sunflower to carry both stations on its local cable system. Sunflower Broadband cable subscribers can find KMBC on Channel 9 and in HD on channel 200. KWCE is carried on Channel 17 and in HD on Channel 206.
“We’re very pleased to reach agreement with Sunflower Broadband,” said Wayne Godsey, President and General Manager of KMBC/KCWE. “We value our loyal viewers in Douglas, Leavenworth and Western Wyandotte Counties and look forward to providing them with outstanding news and entertainment programming for years to come.”
