Oh what a joke! This whole program is a scam. If this were 1989, instead of 2009, I could understand the concern in making sure nobody is without a TV signal, but as someone who grew up with analog TV on a farm in Illinois, let me tell you - even the cows have digital TV now. This "panic" is just so we throw more money at somebody. And I am sick to death of those crawlers reminding us all, as if there's been a damn tornado ripped through town, that the DTV date is Feb. 17th. We know. And those who weren't smart enough to get it yet, can sit in the dark.
