Boxes of unused 3D glasses....

3dglassesgaloreReader Mark writes: "I saw a whole box of Free Chuck 3D glasses by a display (maybe Pepsi) at the HyVee on 40 Highway. Other grocery stores probably have them too."

Well, without lifting a finger I managed to come into 13 pair of the glasses myself (see photo). By the way, if you thought those 3D effects in that 90-second "Monsters and Aliens" ad were a complete waste -- I saw a paddleball leap at me in the first two seconds; that was it -- the "Chuck" episode actually has a pretty nice depth-of-field to it, thanks to the third dimension. No paddleball F/X, though.
