"Unreal Housewives of Kansas City"
I just stumbled over this at the Present Mag site. It's loaded with parochial humor, so you out-of-towners may shrug, but it's better than half the stuff at Barely Political -- I especially like the fake headlines and ads. (But apparently no fake breasts -- I guess that's how you know it's a satire!)
I don't know much about the series' creator, Jennifer Plas, but I've put in an email to her.
