In light of yesterday's announcement that the Society of Professional Journalists opposes the return of the Fairness Doctrine, KOGO Radio's Chip Franklin had me on today to talk about what this means for the future of the Fairness Doctrine. Chip tried to talk over me most of the segment but I still got my points in.

I love NPR, but if they're going to bring back the Fairness Doctrine and apply it to right wing radio, they better apply it to left wing NPR as well.

1. The Fairness Doctrine is not coming back right now. Can't wingnut talk radio leave it alone?
2. The far-left Amy Goodman types think that NPR has sold out to the right. Which makes them sound like they're right down the middle to me.
