See local Emmy winners' winning videos online

Now this is one of those "why'nt they do this years ago?" ideas? The people who hand out the regional Mid-America Emmys set up this website where you can watch the winning videos. Most of the 2008 winners, except a couple really long ones, are up there. Hey, why not the unwinning finalists, too?? Just so we can do our own judging ...

Here's the one that won last year for musical composition, which I had to post here because it's the last pictures I'll probably ever see of a place where I spent hundreds of hours in my youth - Cobb Field, the home of the Cincinnati Reds' rookie-league Billings Mustangs. Named for Bob Cobb, who brought pro baseball to south-central Montana, it was torn down in 2007 to make way for a new park. George Brett spent his rookie league season in Billings, when the Mustangs were a Kansas City farm club. Which is why I wear a Mustangs uniform number 5 to Royals games. And now you know.
