TIME WARNER CABLE PREMIERES JONAS BROTHERS: THE 3D CONCERT EXPERIENCE Exciting Rockumentary Available On Demand Beginning July 15th
KANSAS CITY, MO (July 13, 2009) – Time Warner Cable will feature the premiere of Walt Disney Pictures’ Jonas Brothers: The 3D Concert Experience on HD Movies On Demand, digital channel 1550, on Wednesday, July 15, 2009. The 3D program also will be available on standard definition (SD) channel 101.
The film gives viewers an inside look at the Jonas Brothers, one of the hottest rock groups around, and the phenomenal reactions they inspire in their loyal fans. The Jonas Brothers hit the big screen in a high-energy Walt Disney Pictures rockumentary feature film event in 3D. The film blends excerpts from the brothers’ red-hot Burning Up concert tour, including guest performances by Demi Lovato and Taylor Swift, with exclusive behind-the-scenes footage, off-the-wall segments, and swarming fans – and a lot of JB-style humor - giving fans rare insights into the lives of Kevin, Joe and Nick.
Time Warner Cable is distributing free 3D glasses to view the film, while supplies last, at all Time Warner Cable stores in Kansas City and Leavenworth. The movie will be available for purchase for $5.99 in HD and $3.99 in SD, beginning July 15, 2009. The On Demand component of this channel allows customers to fast-forward, pause and rewind the program just like a DVD player.
The free 3D glasses are available the Time Warner Cable stores at 6555 Winchester Ave. in South Kansas City, 8143 Parallel in Kansas City, Ks., 15 N.W. Barry Rd. in the Northland, 8221 W. 119th St. in Overland Park, 12909 S. 71 Highway in Grandview, and 541 McDonald Rd. in Leavenworth.
