Season two for "High School Confidential"!

Kansas City mom Sharon Liese's nutty idea of chronicling her daughter Justine's high school years in a television show led to her filming some of Justine's classmates at Blue Valley Northwest over the course of four years. The result: "High School Confidential," which I have covered extensively before.

Well, good news -- Sharon's been taping for a year at a Chicago high school and this morning WE tv announced it likes what it sees. Season two of "High School Confidential" was announced at TV critics' tour a couple of minutes ago.

The network hasn't announced a broadcast date, which suggests it is keeping its options open about waiting four years, two years, or just one year to start airing the new cycle. It all depends on what Sharon got on tape, I'm guessing -- and I'm guessing that Sharon has a helluva lot better footage than she did the first time around.
