Nonresident fees

The governor of Kansas has a great idea: Charge all non-Kansans a fee of $7 to get into public parks (4/20, Metro).

I have an even greater idea: Declare the Truman Sports Complex a county park and charge all non-Jackson County visitors a $7 fee to get into the stadiums. It would help with some of the maintenance expenses and possibly help in paying for the rolling roof.

How bout this... If you are a Jackson County resident then you get free parking. If you are not then charge the normal fee for the Chiefs/Royals.
