Grocery shopping and health

For those interested in learning more about the safety of chemicals and additives in our food, as well as its nutritional value, I encourage reading Death by Supermarket by Nancy Deville. The author cites research and documentation that gives a different point of view from that of E. Thomas McClanahan in Sunday’s Star  (11/4, Opinion, “The organic bandwagon is running on faith”).
