Regarding the letter (4/14) about construction at 85th and Troost: I drove up Troost recently on my way home from work, and the big billboard with ol’ Kay and Mike on it says the estimated time of completion for the construction would be June of ’08. The county says completion should be on schedule, so it will be done July of ’08.
Which one do we go by? I bet if our construction project were in another part of the city, say a little more to the south or east, it would be completed by now, too.
