God’s wondrous work ‘Revealed’

There is an old hymn that most churches don’t sing much anymore. The opening words are, “What a friend we have in Jesus.”

Our tribe went to see “Bodies Revealed” recently. I understand there is more than one version of this traveling expedition, but this one, like most items today, comes from China.

The Bible says “We are fearfully and wonderfully made.” Each exhibit underlined and punctuated that statement with a dramatic exclamation point. I look up at the heavens or at the smallest things we can find on earth, and the same is true for them as well.

The Bible also says that man is without excuse, for God has made himself known through what he has made. We will be held accountable.

I refer you to the first paragraph.

Solly, I would like to see McCain as president. I have no antipathy for Obama. I don't understand much of the personification used in these blogs. Occasionally, I might refer to someone like Michelle Obama as a pit bull, but there is no hostility attached to it.

I've heard it said that the first attorney that shows his anger in the courtroom, loses. The same holds true on this blog where I'm concerned.

If the dialog towards me turns mean and nasty as before, I'll just take a hike. I have never thrown a punch in my entire life and I don't plan to.

"must", not "much"

Since I don't support McCain or Obama I just get a kick out of the daily posts where you guys register your distaste. I much say as an observer that the people who don't like Obama here say many more personal type things.(for example your comment about Obamas wife and centerfolds or terming her a Pitbull)

If hatred is not the correct word what would you describe it?

Solly, such a comment doesn't become you. Guess I should expect that from you so early in the morning.

Hatred & anger are just not a part of my being. I thinkthe problem lies in the eyes of the beholder.

You're petering out quickly my friend, by mid July your comments will be down to "Obama...aargh"

Where do you find such hatred that you have to register it daily?

I'll bet a reader of the Bible can find a passage that says(implies) Obama will be the next President.
