What’s in a courthouse name?

Would Gov. Blunt have vetoed the $500,000 contribution to the Truman Courthouse (7/2, Local, “Blunt cuts $500,000 aid for Truman Courthouse”) if it were the Eisenhower Courthouse, the Reagan Courthouse or the Bush Courthouse?

Ms. Baier conclusion that Blunt's refusal to pony up has some partisan reasoning behind completely escapes me. Especially since, last time I checked, both republicans AND democrats seemed to be eager to cash in on the Truman legacy.

If it's only $500k, then maybe Keith Olbermann or Algore Franken should pick up the tab, seeing that, like Rush, they are true patriots.
