‘Food’ for thought
Run, don’t walk, to see the new documentary “Food, Inc.” To do so will require a little effort, though. It should be showing at every metroplex in town. And although there is a political component to the story, it does not contain a slant that favors either party.
Mega corporations have taken over the farming, processing and distribution of nearly everything we eat and drink, with the result that we are less healthy than we have ever been.
If we have any hope of improving our health-care system, the information in this film must be at the center of the discussion.

Wow Martha explain to me how those "corporate tomatoes" are going to kill me before the "backyard tomatoes".
Man oh man, they do not make enough Zanax or Prosac for the dingbats around...

By the way, while you're watching at the metroplex, be sure to enjoy your tub of fake-buttered popcorn, giant Coke and big box of Milk Duds.

While there may be a correlation between the increase in the amount of "factory food" and the decrease in health, it does NOT mean that factory food has CAUSED the health decline.
Blame individual behavior regarding food (and lifestyle) choices-- not the food producers.
