Gasoline gouging
Driving home from work on July 1, I noticed
gasoline at some stations had jumped from $2.30 to $2.46 a gallon along
Bannister Road between Blue Ridge and Raytown Road. A couple of days later,
those same stations were back down to $2.30.
If this isn’t price gouging and manipulation, I don’t know what is.

You are whistling in the dark, David. We have a President and a slim majority in the House of Representatives who both would be perfectly happy if gas were $6 a gallon.
Expect the roller-coaster ride to continue with gas prices, which makes it difficult for both individuals and businesses to budget and make plans.

So what should gas cost? Based on what formula? You do realize that processing petro is not exactly free. You realize there are more products refineries produce besides gasoline. Wait until the cap and tax comes into play, it will affect all products and services.

Right or wrong, the price of gas tracks pretty closely with the price of oil. The price of oil dropped during that time-frame.
