Eddy should go, too

I hope when they cleaned out former city manager Wayne Cauthen’s office, they remembered to check the corners for Chuck Eddy. He’s like a bad cold. He keeps showing up on the city payroll. Let’s lay off city employees, but let’s hire Chuck Eddy to be the assistant to a do-nothing city manager.

I’m glad to see some of the City Council got some starch. To give credit where it is due, the 311 action number has improved immensely. Let’s use some of those tax dollars on city services for the neighborhoods, such as getting reliable and timely pickup of bulky trash out south. And soon, we’ll be thinking of snow removal for neighborhoods.
