I am tired of Jackson County paying for the Chiefs’ nice stadium, but the players wear that Texas emblem on their helmets. It’s disrespectful of the Kansas City fans. One or two games, OK. But enough is enough.
Texas didn’t want the team. We took them, good or bad. We pay the bills.

I might add that this marketing scheme may have paid off well for the Chiefs. Consider their poor performance this year. The Dallas Texan throwback merchandise is probably amongst the Chiefs' best sellers on the NFL's website.

The helmets with the Dallas Texans logo is only being worn during games against the old AFL teams to celebrate their 50th Anniversary. It is hardly an inappropriate gesture to celebrate the team's heritage.

I say let them wear the Texas helmets until they start winning and only then wear KC!

Who gives a crap what kind of helmets those clowns wear. I wish whatever they put on they would do it on the way the hell out of here. The worst ran sport's franchise in the nation. You would think the KC School District is in charge of them.
