On Saturday, Nov. 14, as my sister and I made a trip to St. Louis for my grandson’s birthday party, we were stunned and shocked at what we saw on Interstate 70 about 70 miles west of our destination. A man riding a motorcycle was dialing on his cell phone and proceeded to talk on it! This was absurd. This person was not only putting his life on the line but the lives of many others on this very busy interstate.
When will driving a vehicle — and now operating a motorcycle — while dialing, talking and texting on cell phones end?
