Regarding the numbers that seem to matter to the shrill: $4.78 trillion were spent during the George W. Bush and Republican years. This included two wars, tax cuts to the rich that didn’t trickle down, and the unfunded and non-compete Medicare Part D. That’s a lot of money, a lot of lost jobs and a lot of deficit spending.
Please name one thing that Republicans have done for the middle class in the last 20-plus years. Please try.
Also, whom do you associate with enabling big banks, big oil, big pharma, big insurance and Wall Street?

"Or we can do like Zeno and the tea party says and. Get rid of government all together "
One last thing and then you can come back and go ballistic on me. When did I or the tea party people say that???????

OH and what set him off into tantrum land??
I told carol not to get too comfortable with people in either party. Both sides have their pockets lined with "big something" money.
Holding representatives accountable is i guess a bad idea to Brandon.

Or we can do like Brandon does and make up arguments and then attribute them to those we oppose.
Rambling on about getting rid of police and second amendment rights and on and on until it looks like he threw up on the page!! LOL
And somehow an investigation into Blago's corruption has cleared Obama and Emanual? Were they on trial?
Yet somehow he sees us conservatives being exposed here. Okey dokey.
I am noticing the libs getting crankier and crankier as we get closer to November.

Or we can do like Zeno and the tea party says and. Get rid of government all together huh bet that would work why not get rid of the police to we have our 2nd amendment rights we don't need police or a government everyone would just natually just act right and get along yea that will work and maybe we should get rid of the firefighters it would be cheaper to just let the house burn down no need to use tax dollars for that socialistic entity. You all are being exposed more and more everyday that's why I continue to ask are you all for real

Well republicans have fulibustered reforms against them all what are you talking about. What do you mean by enabling reform a direct contradiction to enabling. And yea big company's tend to try to give money to all politicians so that know matter who wins they have interest vested in that candidate. Funny you conservatives lie about big business being in Obamas pocket but come to find out because of the bogouvich trial the feds have been watching the Illinois politicians for the past 13 years and have documented that obama actually was propositioned several times over this period and denounced Raum Emanual was cleared of wrong doing how many republicans can you say have been followed for this amount of time...Conservatives start producing facts and answers to todays problems not talking points....produce a solution to something not just denouncing and stalling progress

Nice one, Moje. And also a stark reminder to ALL of us hereabouts--we're one heck of a big ol' swirled-up, melting-down brew. Middle class is JUST that--all-a-us!

I know one Republican contribution to the MC. 14 years ago FOX NEWS was born giving the MC reasons to be outraged and afraid. This was an alternative to the liberal media who gave us 'other' reasons to be outaged and afraid.
