Help for veterans

Thank God they are finally making it easier for combat veterans to get a post traumatic stress rating with a new change in regulations in Congress (7/12, A1, “Nightmare eases for vets”).

I’ve wrestled with post-traumatic stress disorder for years, and only after I was 63 years old and after many other problems did I finally get a rating. I now go to the Veterans Hospital for all of my health services, whereas I would never go before.

This government has always gladly given our tax dollars to help other countries and been slapped in the face, in incidents such as Turkey accepting our help and then not helping us in the Iraq war.

Finally I have a reason to say Semper Fi.
