In August, I was robbed by two teenage girls as I was returning from work. I am disabled, and they not only knocked me and my walker to the floor, but they also sprayed me with mace and walked away with my purse.
Police officers not only found and arrested the assailants, but there was a shiny ending to the story. My window air conditioner is old, and it’s ready to go out.
The officers left after taking care of the business — and came back later and installed a brand new air conditioner in my home.
Talk about “angels.” I’ve been truly blessed.
