Non-trending fashion

Are the 1980s making a comeback (1/22, Star Magazine, “Lay it on the line”)? The stripes with the scarf with that god-awful bag looks like something a 12-year-old would coordinate.

It’s a fine line between sexy and cheap. In the first image, the model (in dire need of a stylish haircut) just nailed skank style. Those heels with the skinny jeans screams cheap.

Kansas City is challenged enough in the fashion department without encouragement from The Star.
