Kobach overreaches

I see that in addition to his law practice and advising the people of Arizona, Kansas Secretary of State Kris Kobach is now an “adviser” on immigration issues to GOP presidential candidate Mitt Romney.

When exactly is it that Kobach performs services for the people of Kansas who sign his paycheck?

Kobach is not an attorney general.

They have a record of booting attorneys general. There's hope.

I think we're more or less paying him NOT to do anything. Certainly not ideal, but better than him actually doing what he'd do if he were here. Regardless, hopefully Kansans will wake up and boot him next chance they get. I know, I know...but I can dream...

He's writing lots of legislation that Kansas taxpayers will be paying to defend in court, of course. Silly Joe.
